Nature based sessions provide a deeply immersive therapeutic experience. We work together with the most powerful of healing modalities- the natural world.
These sessions can be conducted online, where I accompany you virtually via WhatsApp as you walk in your chosen natural setting, or we can arrange to meet face-to-face. The natural world serves as both a container and an active participant in the therapeutic process, offering a unique dynamic to our work together.
